Do you store documents in your servers?
We temporarily store your documents on our servers during the OCR process. After that, the documents are deleted and the OCR result data is retained, by default, for your reference for 7 days. You can control the deletion time of your response in your account. Data is always processed under a data processing agreement (DPA) and our services are compliant with the GDPR.
Is this service available 24/7?

Which Languages are supported?
For now, Portuguese and English, but we pretend to include Dutch, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Greek and much more.
